Alex Olson lives and works in Los Angeles. She received her BA from Harvard University in 2001, and her MFA from CalArts in 2008. Recent exhibitions include Laura Bartlett Gallery, London; Shane Campbell Gallery, Chicago; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago; and the Swiss Institute, New York. Her work is included in the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago. Olson will present a solo show at the gallery in the fall of 2012.
